THE JUST PLANS PACKAGE
Is tailored to be complete package for all you should need for your project. This package aims to keep the cost down for our clients.
The JUST PLANS PACKAGE is designed with three main stages:
Stage 01
Free over the phone advice and our quotation
Your project Starts by calling us or emailing us and getting some free advice on how to handle your project.

When you get in touch with us we will go through what you are wanting to achieve and how we can help get you there.
​
If you are happy with our fixed fees we will then book your project in with our Architects to proform a site survey.
Stage 02
The Architects Site Survey
We book an Architect to come to your propery and proform a survey that will allow us to draw your project quickly and accurately.
​
The survey usually takes a couple of hours and all we need is access to your property.
​
This survey results in a set of EXISTING DRAWINGS that will inform your design and be a required part of your planning sumission to local planning department.
Stage 03
Planning Drawings
Planning Drawings go through a strict verification process when submitted to the local authority planning department. Our plans are specifically tailored to meet the current standards expected by national planning policy.

Your comprehensive Planning Drawing Package will be issued to you in full in order for you to progress with your submission.
​
After this stage we can offer additional advice and guidance with your applications.
